Workshops

In past years we have often run series of workshops at the Bridge to help a small group of young people in a particular area, and we hope to begin doing this again in the near future.
They will usually run once a week after school for three weeks.
We usually do one of these topics:
- Confidence
- Overcoming anxiety
- Understanding anger
- Bereavement support (run for 12 weeks, details here)
Groups are kept small with only up to 4 children/teens of a similar age. Each session is led by two team members.
If we haven't met your child/teen before then we will arrange to meet them beforehand to ensure the workshop series would be beneficial to them.
If you’re interested in a workshop in any of the above topics or something similar, let us know and we’ll set something up when we have suitable demand!
Future Groups
Young Adults Group

We would love to start up a separate young adults group, led entirely by its members and for its members.
Our team are all too aware that even after parents have fought hard to get the accommodations their children need, most of that support suddenly stops when the child becomes an adult.
This club could include discussion about workplace support and neurodivergent challenges in adulthood, as well as playing games and enjoying each other's company just like the therapeutic clubs.
We are looking for potential members so if you are a neurodivergent young adult looking to meet people your own age then do let us know of your interest!
