Founded in 2024, the Solihull Autism Partnership Board brings together any autistic adults, carers, and health and social care professionals in Solihull to improve local services.
Chaired by Sue Hawthorne-Slater, who emphasises the importance of incorporating autistic voices, the board meets every few months provides a platform for sharing experiences and driving positive change in the borough.

They provide residential and community-based support, a free autism information helpline, advice sessions for families, and training for parents, professionals, and businesses.
Their services aim to foster independence, resilience, and confidence enabling autistic people and their loved ones to live happy, fulfilling lives.

Providing advice on pregnancy, issues and relationships in the family, for example:
- Divorce Care – a support group for those recently separated
- Intimate Encounters – a short course for couples wanting to develop their relationship
